Chief Administrative Officer
Lenze Kuiper, Chief Administrative Officer
Lenze is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Oldman River Regional Services Commission. Originally from Huntsville, in the Muskoka area of Ontario (but now a proud Westerner) Lenze brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise. After graduating from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Environmental Studies (Geography, Planning, Ecology, GIS), he taught Outdoor Education with the Waterloo Board of Education, and later with the North York Board of Education in Toronto. In 1987, he moved to Calgary where he found employment with Alberta Recreation & Parks, as a Parks Planner. His responsibilities included providing advice and recommendations to various Alberta community parks, campgrounds, golf courses and ski hills participating in the MR/TA Grant Program. Subsequent employment as Executive Director of the Calgary Canoe Club and as a Principal Consultant with his own Resource Planning and Land-Use firm provided him with the business and management skills necessary to lead diverse groups.
In 1995, Lenze accepted a position with the British Columbia Forest Service in 100 Mile House as a Land Information Planner and later as a Natural Resources Planner and then with the Town of Taber as the Director of Planning & Economic Development. He has also served as Vice Chair of the Southern Alberta Food Processing Initiative Consortium (SAFPIC), and an advisor/representative to the Steering Committee instrumental in setting up SouthGrow – A Regional Partnership, is former president elect of Economic Development Lethbridge, and previously sat on the Advisory Committee of AACIP South.
Raeanne Keer, Executive Assistant
Raeanne is a Southern Alberta local and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Lethbridge. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in 2016, she began her municipal career with the Town of Taber where she gained valuable knowledge on Alberta legislative and municipal administrative best practices. This sparked her interest in local government, pushing her to complete her National Advanced Certificate in Local Authority Administration – Level I & Level II from the University of Alberta. Raeanne joined ORRSC in July 2022 as the Executive Assistant and is responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including the Chief Administrative Officer, Planning Staff, the Executive Committee, and the Board of Directors.
Stephanie Sayer, Accounting Clerk
Originally from the Yukon, Stephanie came to Lethbridge from Langley, British Columba, joining ORRSC in April 2024 as the Accounting Clerk. With over 20 years experience in public and private sector accounting, Stephanie is responsible for the organizations financial operations.
